  • I would highly recommend Air Docs! I had a Mitsubishi heat pump (mini-split) system installed by them - 8 interior units and 3 outside condensers. Sal was very easy to work with and the installation crew and office were always professional and friendly. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them in the future.

  • Had a really positive experience with Air Docs. Luis came out for a tune-up and was professional, thorough, and easy to talk to. He took the time to check the system properly (including pressures and overall performance) and explained everything in a way that made sense. What I appreciated most was that he was honest and not pushy at all. He noted that one reading was a bit low, but since the system is cooling well, he recommended monitoring it rather than trying to sell me on an immediate fix. Scheduling was easy, and communication was clear. I also appreciated that several pictures were included with the bill via email; it’s a nice touch and adds transparency. It’s not easy to find HVAC companies that take this kind of approach, so that really stood out. I’ll definitely be using them again.
