Vlad was fantastic! A neighbor recommended Airnizer as I've had continued issues with my HVAC despite pricey servicing. Airnizer's scheduling system made setting up the visit so easy, Vlad was in touch about his arrival time, and then explained exactly what needed to be done and updated me throughout the day as he worked. I will definitely use him as my go-to for maintenance and repair!

I had to replace all the PTACs in my new old place in the city. Max was very efficient and easy to deal with, and was very thorough and patient in explaining the process and the machines to a civilian so I was able to make the right decision for my needs. As soon as I sent over the building requirements, they provided the required certificates and extra paperwork right away which got the job approved by the property management ASAP. No stones left unturned. All pricing was fair and very transparent with no additional fees. The tech assigned to me was Vlad and he got the job done well and quicker than estimated. He was also efficient during the consultation and did not waste my time by showing up on time. Definitely go with AIRNIZER if you want things done honestly, right and on time, if not sooner!

Airnizer is amazing!! I called and Alek came by the same day. Took a look at my HVAC and discovered part had to be replace. Part was ordered and replace super fast, a couple of days. Airnizer are Fast, Efficient and Professional. Definitely will call for their assistance next time.

We had an extensive leak situation with our HVAC system and were lucky to have Aleksei save the day for us! He worked with our schedules, diagnosed the issues quickly, and was able to get our system clean, working, and no leak several days later. It was a full day worth of work and he kept us informed and updated throughout. Would absolutely recommend him if your HVAC system needs to be serviced and you’re in a pinch.

My experience with AIrnizer HVAC was totally positive. Everything they did, from setting up an appointment to obtain an estimate to replace an old mini split, to the installation and clean up was done professionally. They were quick to send someone to evaluate my residence for an estimate, and thorough in their assessment. They were foremost in pursuing the job, being timely with their communication. The workers were personable and excellent at their jobs. Amazingly, they also came in with the lowest estimate. I would highly recommend Airnizer HVAC for all you HVAC needs.

Definite 5 star experience! I had never serviced my split units. I was given the pricing of both regular and deep cleaning. I didn’t realize how expensive this could be! I was told that once they assess the machines they will provide the actual cost based on how dirty they were. I assumed I would need a deep cleaning on all because I had never done a service. If the cleaning was completed on the same day, the assessment fee would be waived. What I am most impressed by is their professionalism and honesty. It turned out that 2 splits and the compressor needed deep cleaning and the other 3 splits regular. Another company may have said deep cleaning all around and I wouldn’t have known the difference. Despite the language barrier my tech Alex explained EVERYTHING via Chat GPT and my system is squeaky clean! I am grateful that we went with Airnizer!

Our recently fixed unit died and we contracted Airnixer for a new unit. Again, great communication - the installation team arrived early. Good communication from everyone/ Installation was thoughtful and clean - team (2 guys) gave us updates and installed the unit where the old one was and it looks much better than the old one. It was reasonably priced and they removed the price of the repair! Very professional, excellent technicians and friendly team. I’ll be calling them again!
