5 years after a flawless installation of mini split heating/cooling in our house, Mr Air sent a couple of excellent and friendly technicians to do a routine inspection & maintenance visit. Happily all was in good shape (We clean our filters!).Thanks to Shruti, Zane, Gabriel and Artur.

Mr Air installed a mini split in my coop unit that was undergoing renovation. When the renovation was complete, the unit was turned on. Condensate formed under the unit and flooded the inside of the unit damaging custom millwork and Venetian plaster . Mr Air sent a technician (that took a few days). They charged $400 for a diagnostic appointment. Fine, whatever. Once at the apartment, they called and admitted the unit was not installed/insulated properly by them - which is why the condensation formed. So, I am left with a $400 bill and now an entire wall that needs to be re-plastered and millwork that is warped.

Mr Air is a great company that does really good work and answers your calls immediately. Found them 5 years ago when looking into having A/C installed , I recommended them to others in my building and they ended up doing half the building, because they found the right solution with split A/C. I can highly recommend them and say the work is impeccable. Now 5 years later I have signed up for maintenance not quite sure why I didn’t do that before.

I may update this later, but so far my experience is not good. I have a complex situation and was told that Mr Air's modeling and analysis would be a great fit. They came over here and took almost an hour of my time on 8/26 where I learned they would only be able to help me if I want to do mini-splits (first I'd heard). Then they said they would "take a while" to develop a proposal but it would be comprehensive and customized. Three weeks later, nothing from them, no response to communication. I guess they don't want my business!
