The most reliable service I've ever used. They come right away, handle nights and weekends, explain things kindly when you don't understand, and the staff's attitude is wonderful. The operators are fantastic, and the supervisors are fantastic. Their work is meticulous, they are polite, and they clean up thoroughly after the job. They respond immediately, day or night, weekdays or weekends. Whenever I don't understand something, they kindly explain it to me. I was hesitant about signing an annual contract at first, but after actually using the service, I realized it was the best decision. The reason is that they always give us priority response no matter the situation.

Heard about New York Heating 2 years ago when I acquired my late father's property. They helped me resolve and stay on top of the needed various inspections required on my building which my father was not on top of. They came out immediately at the end of the year, helped me make repairs and file it for me with the city. I couldn't have been more satisfied with their service, communication throughout the whole process and professionalism. 5 stars does not do them justice. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!!!

Unprofessional owner and outrageous pricing The owner of New York Heating is unprofessional and disrespectful, and that attitude sets the tone for the entire company. Interactions are hostile and dismissive, with no regard for basic professionalism or customer respect. On top of that, their pricing is ridiculous for the level of service provided. There is no transparency, no accountability, and no effort to justify the costs or address concerns in a reasonable way. This company expects everyone else to follow their rules while they ignore basic standards of conduct themselves. I would strongly warn others to think twice before hiring them.

I don’t usually leave reviews, but this experience was bad enough that I feel obligated to warn others. I called this heating company for a routine service because my system wasn’t heating properly. They showed up two hours late with no call or apology. The technician barely looked at the unit, spent more time on his phone than actually diagnosing the issue, and then told me I needed a “full system replacement” without explaining why. The quote was absurdly high and felt like a scare tactic. When I asked questions, I was brushed off and talked down to. To make it worse, after they left, my heat stopped working entirely, something that wasn’t happening before they came. I had to call another company who fixed the issue in under an hour and confirmed that a replacement was never needed. Unprofessional, overpriced, and unreliable. Save yourself the stress and call literally anyone else!!!

Brought them in for a Local Law 152 inspection and they cut off our gas and proceeded to overcharge us to fix it. They tried to upsell us on unnecessary external boilers or something that doubled or tripled the price. Found a different company that was far more reasonable and will never ever use this company ever again.

NY Heating is my go to provider for all my properties heating needs. I started my property management business over 5 years ago and NY Heating has been there to assist a majority of our buildings. Today I had 2 crazy situations. NY Heating did not say no! They worked with us around their busy schedule and got the jobs done professionally as always.
