Sept 10th Jim Thornton was getting ready to go to a ball game with his granddaughter at 7pm. I called Jim at 6:29pm and told him my daughter's AC was putting out hot air. First he said he would be there at 7am in the morning. He was pretty sure he knew what the problem was and could fix it in a few minutes. Then he decided to have another person take his granddaughter to the game and meet her there. He said he would come right then to fix the AC. He got there at 7:11pm and had the AC fixed by 7:29pm. Then he met his granddaughter at the game. Yes, I do tell people Air Doctors services my AC

I have known Jim, the AC technician for my family, for years, and once again he went above and beyond. My AC was struggling to cool today, and even on a Sunday, he came out fast. Everything is working perfectly now. He is not only highly professional and reliable but also very honest. I highly recommend him!
