Our AC was not working. Our house was at 80. Temps outside were hovering around 100. We received prompt service from Justin and Christina. They saved the day...and probably our lives. Christina scheduled our service call so politely and professionally. Justin detected what our problem was, got our unit back in service, trained us in using our ecobee thermostat, and saved us from another sweltering day in our house. AC never felt so good!! Highly recommended!

I work as a Project Manager for Property Revision (a General Contractor) and Air Masters has worked along side us for many years. This place is amazing! From beginning to end, I was very happy. First was the quote, where Justin talked me through what we needed to do to replace our furnace and AC. As a woman, I can tell you it’s always nice when guys talk to me the same way they talk to my husband. It’s so nice and doesn’t always happen. The crew that came in to install were great too! Respectful of my home, gave my dog all the pets, and honestly the happiest contractors ever. I highly recommend!

Air Master has been our HVAC company for almost 15 years. We have an old boiler, an attic unit, and a wall unit in our old home. Air Master’s has worked with us through many renovations to make all these units work for us at reasonable prices. They always show up on time even on holidays (which happened once) and on the hottest and coldest days. Matt has been our technician for many years and he’s been fantastic. We would highly recommend them!

Air Masters is reputable and always fast to act! Our furnace was showing signs of age in the middle of winter and their team quickly worked with us to schedule a date for replacement. Phenomenal response time, and was very honest with my issue. It wasn't great news on my furnace but Matt gave me options and when it came time for the fix, they showed up on time. Any issues with my HVAC - these guys you can trust.

Extremely professional and polite. Our induction motor (for heat) went out on a 14 degree day and Justin was able to "McGyver" the motor he had in his van to get the furnace running again, keeping us warm, until he could get the correct motor. Our furnace is 21 yo, yet he didn't try to sell us a new one, as it's still performing well. He is going to continue with a yearly PM schedule and should be able to let us know when it's time to replace it. Also, my dog loved him!
