• I can’t say enough good things about Brian and the team at Air Solutions. We had a fairly complicated situation involving a MagicPak HVAC system at a condominium on Milwaukee’s East Side. The system needed to be removed so other repairs could be completed, and we were working against a very tight timeline for closing. Brian and his staff were outstanding. They showed up on time, communicated extremely well, and were incredibly flexible. When we ran into unexpected delays with another contractor, Air Solutions rearranged their schedule to accommodate ours and helped us keep everything on track for closing. I initially found Air Solutions through an AI search specifically looking for a Milwaukee-area company experienced with MagicPak systems, and they came up as the top recommendation. After working with them, I understand why. I was extremely impressed with their quality of service, communication, professionalism, and willingness to work around the schedules of everyone involved. I was so impressed they were able to keep on schedule even with over a week’s notice, which isn’t easy these days. The installation of an A/C unit and blower unit was by no means easy and they did an excellent job today. • Went out of town Labor Day weekend and came back to the house with no A/C working and it was 87 inside. I called and they wanted $250 to come out Labor Day so I waited a day when the service call was $89. Brian was on time and it took him about 5 minutes to diagnose a failed capacitor. He explained everything as he was working on it and had it back up in 15 minutes. He also tested the refrigerant and gave it a once over as I have never done any maintenance or had a check up on the unit in 15 years. Got a $40 discount as well. Very happy I called them and Brian was very professional.
