I spoke with the owner and he walked me through what I needed to do over the phone and it was successful and I wasn’t even a client yet. I have now signed up with them to check my AC and furnace yearly. I trust them completely.

Can’t say enough good things about the service I received during my plumbing emergency. My tankless water heater wasn’t working & we were still seeing cold 20 degree weather, so they made it out within hours & assisted by reviewing the manufacturer warranty 1st instead of trying to sell me a new install. Great pricing as well in comparison to others, while promptly providing a proposal (within hours).

I have had very successful experiences with the HVAC side of this business, so I reached out for a plumbing job as part of a master bath remodel. Ryan was prompt to come on site and evaluate the project and provide an estimate. We negotiated a start date based on his availability. From that point the service fell apart. He didn't show up on the day he chose to start, and did not respond to two texts or one email sent on that day. There was no communication as to why he didn't make it or when he might be there. Five days later a brief text was sent stating he would email me later that night, but the email communication never happened. I reached out one more time to try to reconnect and find out if commitment to the work was possible, and received no response. I have never been ghosted by a professional service in this manner. The lack of communication had a negative domino effect on the entire project calendar. Be very cautious in choosing these plumbing services; at least no money was lost in the process.

I called on a Thursday night to have shut off valves replaced. I explained new washer couldn't be hooked up because of bad valve. Explained my house was effected by flood waters. An amazing service. They were prompt, responsive, and accurate. They fixed my problem in 15 minutes. They never try to jack up the price on you or take advantage of your leaks and emergencies. I recently used them for a commercial kitchen project. It seems as though this was a mistake on my part. The plumbers seemed to not know what is needed for a project of this scope. To start, we received a quote from them for the project with info from our architect and an equipment schedule with all the needs. When quoted, there were a lot of things that were left off that needed to be added later. Our final price nearly doubled from the original quote. If we had got an accurate quote from the start, we might have used a different plumber. While working, they were extremely slow and took far longer than we had scheduled out with our general contractor. On top of this, they were very bad at follow through. We would ask for a timeline when certain items would be finished, and I would get a response that they would be out there Tuesday, and then they would not show up at all. I was very disappointed with the fit and finish of their work. Many things were left rough cuts to the walls, not securing items, and simply missing basic things that were on the equipment specs. I dont recommend them for any commercial kitchen projects.

Reached out to you guys in the middle of November to get a mixer changed in our shower and wanted to give my wife the mixer /shower parts for Christmas and schedule install for the end of January. Ryan texted a few times, but never came through and left me hanging. Had to give her a picture and a promise now trying to find someone I can count on to do the work. This response is late because I was not going to say anything about the service call. The toilet issue was resolved by replacing the inner workings of the toilet and the cost was fair. But two months later a part that was replaced started making noises. I called and explained and the next day Dickenschrauf had someone come out early to replace that part. Thay stand by their work , which by some of today's standards is admirable. I would recommend them, job well done.
