  • Charged me $459 for a cartridge I already purchased (the same one Moen) and got the same result as me told me nothing I could do apart keep tying to flush out debris. They did turn a bolt in my basement shut off valve which I appreciated but it’s still a lot of money. He did say if he got the same outcome he would reconsider the price but they didn’t. I get it they need to be paid but still it’s a lot of money for zero result.
