I had 2 heat pumps and condensers put in at my property this week. I went through a program called Focus on Energy. Action heating and cooling was the contractor I chose to use. I have to say it’s a lengthy process and will cause frustration on both ends. There were a few hiccups and I have to confess I took my misguided anger out on a man that came into the situation trying to help named Mike, as well as the office. Mike is the master electrician. He’s very easy to talk to and very thorough in explaining the process, installation and instructions afterwards. I really appreciate him, although I wasn’t the nicest person to deal with he still gave me great service, which is not an easy thing to do. Thank you Action Heating & Cooling for everything! Im sending a heartfelt apology for not being a better person towards the staff! Thank you so much Mike for everything, you truly are a stand up person.

Install was thorough, but still quicker than I thought it would be. Adam took time during the process to explain steps that needed to happen, and reviewed everything that occurred after it was complete. He also gave good recommendations for keeping up with maintenance going forward. He was knowledgeable, kind, and very conscientious. He left the area around the furnace unit cleaner than how he found it. Very much appreciated his and his coworker's hard work!
