We had a great experience. The office team was helpful and ease of booking with them was smooth. The HVAC installers were courteous, on time, and did a wonderful job installing our new system. The electrical team is great as well, as we had them address some electrical concerns we had earlier this year. This entire team is the best. We are honored to support a local business.

I had damage to my service mast on my roof due to the big storm on 4/13 in deforest. I had called big name companies i had heard before and they never called me back. I came across this company in one of those advertising booklets. To my surprised they were local and they responded quickly and came out for an estimate. I needed the work dont soon so I can close the hole on my roof, they scheduled the work within the week of racing my signed agreement. It has been wonderful working with Art's electric.their pricing is fair. I made payments by phone, so convinent for me. And they didnt even charge a service fee for using card to pay. The two individuals who came to complete the work were informative, they rung my bell and informed of power shutting off, turning back on and when they arrived and when they were done. When they were leaving, they shared what they did and surprised me they even patched the hole around the pole for me bc I had already aligned a roofer to come out. The roofer came to check on my roof afterwards and even complimented on the singles being similar to mine and that the two guys did a good job of patching the area. Thank you for the great job and fitting me in so fast to help me avoid more roof damage. I highly recommend this company

I just want to give a huge shout out and thank you to Colin from Arts Electric. At about 5 pm on Sunday night I realized my furnace was not heating properly. Called the emergency number and talked to Colin. He was just sitting down to supper with his family. Said he would be here in an hour. I don’t think it was 45 minutes and he was at the door. He was extremely professional. Communicated what he found and how to fix it. He had the heat running in less than an hour. I will certainly call Arts Electric for future work and will certainly request Colin as the technician

I called Art's Electric early Sunday morning for our A/C not properly working and couldn't go without A/C as we were having a birthday party for our daughter. Very disheartened. Had gas line put in and outlet converted. Workers failed to turn breaker back on for freezer and we lost all of our food. No apology - just said “we didn’t do it on purpose”. Would never use them again.
