Omar serviced the unit. Explained the issue creating the leak. Very knowledgeable. Fixed the problem quickly. As it turns out, we decided to get a new unit because the leak would be getting bigger and bigger, and we are glad we went with Air Repair Pros. Guillermo and Hector came to install the new units today (10-9-26); inside unit and rooftop unit. They explained everything and even explained why the condensation pump that we purchased would not work, and actually explained it would cause problems. The final sales price was adjusted to reflect the condensation pump reduction. The unit looks great and works excellently. Very pleased with the purchase of our new Trane 2 1/2 Ton XR16 unit. HIGHLY RECOMMEND AIR REPAIR PROS !!!! Great personnel, very knowledgeable, professional and understanding.

Stay away from this company. Stay away from Air Repair Pros. I purchased their care package specifically for twice-yearly maintenance, only to be hit with additional upsells and charges ranging from $400 to $3,000 at every visit. When my AC went out in the middle of summer, I was told the needed part was on backorder and could take months. I called another HVAC company, and they were able to get the part in Carrollton and had it within a day. After that experience, I completely lost confidence in Air Repair Pros. My advice: get a second opinion before authorizing repairs or believing a part is unavailable. I will never use this company again.

He explained everything that was needed for my furnace and also let me know that my AC wasn’t performing at its best.
