• Had aircor install a new furnace when I bought my home and they were great . As they did fabulous work and were easy to work with I called them back when I had issues with the ductwork that was done by whomever built my home (it was a mess in those walls!) Zac was again easy to work with and Shane did a wonderful job. Pleasant to have working in my space and gave me options to get the job done as quickly as possible and within my budget. • Had Aircor back to address a furnace short-cycling issue following a tune-up. The recommended work did not resolve the problem. Workmanship was sloppy, with poor communication and lack of care for our home (property damage, mess, incomplete cleanup). Aircor acknowledged the experience fell short and offered to return and correct the work at no cost, which I appreciate, but I was not comfortable proceeding further due to loss of trust. A licensed third-party contractor later identified multiple deficiencies, including portions of the venting not meeting code and issues with prior work inside the furnace that contributed to the malfunction. Rating is 2 stars based on prior years of satisfactory service; this experience alone would have been 1 star. Advice to others: obtain detailed written estimates, confirm how diagnoses are verified, and inspect completed work carefully—strong ratings do not always reflect consistent service.

• I had AIRCOR install an ERV (energy recovery ventilator) and a whole-home humidifier, and the experience was outstanding from start to finish. Zach first came out to assess the project, and it was immediately clear he knew his stuff. Over the following week, he continued to go above and beyond—answering my many questions, walking through options, and helping me make informed decisions. He’s patient, calm, and extremely knowledgeable. Shane, the installation technician, was equally impressive. He was personable, detail-oriented, and clearly took pride in doing the job right. • Very bad experience by calling a technician from Aircor Ltd. on August 20th 2025 to diagnose the issue with the furnace in my house. Before calling the technician I was told over the phone the diagnostic fees of $99 plus tax. and was not told that the technician will also charge for time spent at the site. Which I end up giving $49.50 plus tax in addition to the $99 plus tax diagnostic fees. Plus the technician made a hole in the shape of a square box around 10*5 inches in the furnace. thus damaging the furnace. After being diagnosed that furnace is irreparable he offered me a new furnace by a co. called “York” that was only in stock for a day. Simply I could make out he was selling me the furnace. May be other people had a good experience while dealing with Aircor, but I felt that I was just ripped off by a good $5000 by damaging the furnace in the face of selling a new one.
