  • We have had issues with our tankless water heater/ AC unit for a month and had 6 other technicians show up beforehand. Within 5 minutes he had the issue diagnosed and fixed. He also took the time to inspect our unit, pointing out other flaws, suggesting what we could do to fix the problem ourselves and what could potentially happen if it was left untreated. Extremely professional, informative and no non sense. Highly recommend.

  • Talk about going over and above in customer service. We had our 5 year old AC go down on the hottest day of the year (45 Degrees). It took him a whole day of hard work in the blistering heat to fix our issue and my goodness, we are beyond thankful! We would have paid double, that’s how fabulous of a job he did. He is fair priced and honest. Thank you for everything you did for my family and I, we are forever grateful!

  • I don't recommend his service. He overcharged $$$ for just to see for 5 minutes. He never mentioned about his dry run charge before he arrived. Very expensive. Guys, please stay away from their services.

  • City heating and cooling saved us during the heatwave. Our AC unit broke during a heatwave recently and City Heating and Cooling saved us. They responded fast, and were very professional. By the end of the week our AC unit was replaced. I highly recommend their service.

  • Air conditioner wasn’t working on Canada Day and Kal came out in under an hour and fixed the problem. Explained the problem and walked me through the options and got it going in a couple hours. Seems very sincere and honest. Will call them again any time I have a furnace or air problem.

  • The BEST. Stop looking elsewhere and just call him. I was 38+ weeks pregnant in a hot season at the end of June when our furnace blower broke - which meant no AC and a very cranky me. My husband called City Heating annd Cooling and Khaled came the same day, saw how pregnant I was and has made fixing our old furnace a priority. City Heating and Cooling came on a Saturday to install a part they ordered that came in on Friday night. Their prices are very fair and honest (a few years back we had someone else fix it and try to upsell us on a new furnace and AC unit for a what I now recognize as a ridiculous amount). City Heating and Cooling’s quotes and advice have all been honest. Their speed, knowledge, and ability are exceptional but what’s made the experience outstanding has been Khaled’s personality. The first day he came to check it out he left us feeling uplifted - an emotion I would not expect after an HVAC technician visit. All our interactions since have been the same. He is so kind, caring, humourous, charismatic, and overall wonderful.

  • We've had these folks do a number of different things for us. Fixed our water heater twice. Recommended replacing it the second time as it was just starting to leak, replaced our thermostat, repaired our AC unit for less than $300. when 3 other places said it had to be replaced. Honest, almost to a fault and unbelievably "cheap" with their pricing. If they go out of business before the end of my life, I'll be absolutely heartbroken
