  • While booking online, the booking system allowed me to pick a next day appointment. However after I submitted the request, the agent called me back to confirm and the first available appointment was 2 weeks from the day I had chosen. If I can't book a next day appointment, then don't have it has an option. This is very bad for customer expectations. While the agent was very pleasant, the online system needs an update to prevent this from happening.

  • Buyer beware! Do not deal with AirOne, tgey have dold their contracts to or been bought out by a secondary company who insists rentals are repaired for a fee! The very reason people do not buy outright. This is a long review but I assure you, you should read to be informed before signing on with ths company. We have had a rented water heater from AirOne for years and past service has been fantastic - excellent customer service on the phone and from techs. Repairs done in a timely manner at no charge as is the case with rented equipment. When it came time for a new water softener, we called on AirOne who were speedy at installation. Fast forward a few years and our softener was not working and here is when troubles started. After adding the water softener we were told a different company, Abode Financial would be the one to contact and that is the company monthly payments showed our money going to. First off, AirOne would not talk to us about the issue with our softener and when we got ahold of Abode My husband lost two days of overtime as we were told someone was coming yet much to our dismay, no one was available after having been nooked? Once a tech arrived (who was very professional and personable), he confirmed the unit was no good and was to be replaced. For free of course as it is a rental we were told. Days later we were told by a secondary Abode it would cost $400 to repair. Excuse me? This is a RENTAL! I called numerous times but was ghosted. I was asked to email which I did. Ghosted. I called the Consumer Protection Agency of Ontario and have opened a case as this is not how rentals work. I asked Abode if someone above them was making decisions and I was told yes so I asked to speak to them but was told that was not possible. I called AirOne to express my concerns. I explained this was giving them a bad name and was told someone would follow up but again, ghosted. Eventually I was offered by Abodde that they would repair for free THIS TIME. No, I said I want out of my contract as this is poor business practice and not what I signed up for. Have no plans to pay for repairs on a rental. Again, please send an email. No response. If you have read this far, please take all I have said into consideration before signing anything with this company.

  • Salman was very helpful today, I was having a problem with my thermostat and humidity readings within the home. While we could not find the problem definitively, he took the opportunity to leave me with several suggestions and replaced and calibrated the thermostat for me. He also took the time to explain what was happening with my system and exactly how it worked.
