Our AC stopped cooling during this summer's heat wave. We called Airintel HVAC, and Rush came out much faster than I expected. He figured out and diagnosed the problem right away and had cold air blowing again in no time. I don't know anything about HVAC, so I really appreciated how honest and easy to talk to he was. He explained what was wrong, fixed it, did a tune-up, and even gave our condenser a nice bath! All these for a very reasonable and fair price. It's such a huge relief to have a cool house again. My old HVAC went dead on a Saturday. Ram and Ramon came out Monday morning and were extremely professional, taking care to cover shoes whenever entering my home. I have a smart thermostat (relatively new) and it took a bit of doing to reconfigure it after a blown fuse was replaced, then a capacitor. They went the extra mile to go out and find the best capacitor, temporarily using a different one while they did so in order that my place cool down in the meantime. Very reasonable price for first-class, expert service!
