• After getting four different Air Conditioning company estimates for a mini split system to be installed in my house, I chose Air Point Heating and Air-conditioning. Robert ( owner) came to my house and surveyed my needs. He came up with a great space-saving idea that I just knew was the right way to get the system installed. Nice guy, great communication and always returned my calls, emails or text messages to answer my questions. Prices were very fair and competitive. He did not try to upsell me. The day of installation Luis and Raul showed up on time and ready to work. They were patient as I asked them plenty of questions. They were both professional, friendly and also they were hard-working. The heat outside was unbearable and they were outside working all day getting my system installed. • We had an outstanding experience with AirPoint Heating & Air Conditioning. They truly saved the day. We were leaving town in just two days and desperately needed to replace our air conditioning before we left so the people staying at our home wouldn’t be without AC during an extreme heat wave. AirPoint responded incredibly fast. Sean was the technician who came out to diagnose the issue, and he was fantastic. He introduced himself, put shoe covers on before entering our home, and walked me through everything he was doing while he was there. After completing the inspection, he gave me a thorough explanation of what he found, complete with photos, so I fully understood the issue. I really appreciated how respectful, professional, and kind he was. Later that SAME day, Robert, the owner, came to walk us through our replacement options. What impressed me most was how much he genuinely cared about our situation. We explained our tight timeline, and while we were still discussing the different options, he had already started coordinating an installation for the very next morning. Everything moved exactly as quickly as we needed, but we never felt rushed. Robert took the time to thoroughly explain every option, answer all of our questions, and make sure we felt completely comfortable with our decision. When my husband arrived home, Robert patiently walked through every option all over again so he could make an informed decision too, even though it probably doubled the amount of time he needed to spend at our house. The installation crew was just as impressive. They were professional, respectful of our home, worked cleanly, and didn’t leave until they were 100% confident everything was working perfectly. Even after the installation, when I thought something wasn’t working (which turned out to be user error while the system was rebooting), Ivan called me almost immediately to troubleshoot and make sure everything was working as it should. That level of responsiveness and customer service is incredibly rare and gave us complete peace of mind before leaving town. From start to finish, AirPoint exceeded every expectation. Their responsiveness, professionalism, and genuine care made what could have been an incredibly stressful situation feel easy. They went above and beyond to make sure we had a working air conditioner we were comfortable with before we left town, and I can’t thank Sean, Ann, Robert, Ivan, Lizzette and the entire AirPoint team enough. Our unit was 20+ years old and could not be repaired due to its outdated refrigerant requirements which are now banned. The tech was clean, knowledgeable and helpful, giving us a temporary fix in meantime. We decided to get a quote to replace the unit and worked with Robert. He was very polite and showed us different options without pressuring us. We know other people who recently had an A/C replacement with other companies and the price Robert gave us was less.
