He even went the extra mile and replaced our old air intake grille, which was a really nice touch and much appreciated. Art was also great to work with and provided the quote for the project. Genell, the Install Coordinator, was also very professional and helpful throughout the process. • This was literally about an eight month ordeal due to the incompetence of “Tech Clean” The company that was administering the federal rebates for California as I needed the unit to actually be installed before I could claim it on my taxes, so I literally had to file an extension because tech clean was not on the ball. Eventually, it became obvious that tech clean was not going to pony up my $4000 rebate so I went forward anyway and had the unit installed.AIS We’re consummate professionals through the whole process, and I could not be happier with the unit that was installed. fast forward too, late November 2025 when I received a call from Genell Branum Who is the MVP in all this, she informed me that she never gave up on my $4000 rebate and finally got it handled and the check was in the mail which it was as it arrived three days later for $4000. I would not even consider another company for any of my HVAC needs at this point these guys were Rockstars start to finish. Just had my one year inspection where Jose came out and again did a bang up job. Thank you, AIS!

• I needed my annual summer service for my furnace and A/C unit today with the AIS Heating and Air company. The provided me with a service technician Jose Arroyo. Jose was on time and is very nice & responsive. During his service he noticed that my furnace & A/C unit did not have a surge protectors incase PG&E turn off the power during a wild fire and then turn it back on. The price for the two (2) surge protector parts was pretty reasonable. There was no cost for the labor. Because I had a Gold service maintenance plan, I would receive a 10% discount. He installed both protectors in a very reasonable time. I highly recommend anyone to contact AIS Heating & Air for service or replacement of the furnace and A:C unit. He put covers over his shoes before entering our home and shook our hands.😉 He explain why he needed to make various adjustments to our air conditioning unit and how it would make it run more efficiently.
