They were professional, efficient, and had the entire job completed within just a few hours. I really appreciated the care they took in our home, including laying down protective coverings on the stairs and cleaning everything up when they were finished. • When called this person, he was quick in response. Came late but apologized. Inspected the AC, detected the problem. He could have done the work in 25 minutes but he did not have the filter for replacement and a spray to clean with him. So he needed to come for the second time. When he came for the second time he charged me fees for the second visit which he did not mention on the first visit. I could have replaced the filter than to pay him for the second visit. I was very unhappy. I will not use this company again for my business!
