• Airon should definitely have more 5 star reviews than this, seems like they are very underrated on Google. I called Airon last year because of a blown transformer in my heat pump and Fernando came on time in the fresh snow to fix it. Price was reasonable and there were no random charges. Because of the good service shown by him, this year when my A/C iced up and refused to blow cold air, I called on Airon again. It seems like they were super busy, but Sina took the call to come on a Friday afternoon to work on my A/C unit. It took one other day to fully fix it (had to wait for the ice to melt), but he was very professional the whole time, and took the time to explain what was going on and what he was doing. Price was once again reasonable. I’ll definitely be calling Airon if my HVAC unit acts up again (knock on wood), and I highly recommend them for HVAC services.

• Used this company last year and Garrett was wonderful. Charged us the amount and time he explained for $160. This year for the same service, Orlando came for the same service call and time for roughly 45 min as we looked on. Invoice said 2 hours and the bill was $325. When I called customer service to ask and correct the timing, I was told by Stephanie, the difference is due to travel time and he could've come from Delta. I’m not aware of customers having to pay for travel time or amounting to over $100. Oh and this place is down the street or from us. The fluid was double the price $88 (that’s ok) but don’t think that justifies additional $160? While raising the concern Stephanie abruptly said she’s resent a revised invoice that is “significantly lower”and hung up. I’m very disappointed in the unprofessionalism and tech pulling this type of dishonest service. Please beware.

• We had Airon replace our gas furnace with an LG heat pump. We were extremely happy with their service - from Chris coming out to do a site evaluation to Ben and Mike doing the actual installation. Pricing was very reasonable and everything was done as promised and on time. They are listed on LG's web site as an authorized dealer, but seem to carry a range of other manufacturers as well. Would definitely recommend them!
