• Completely overpriced Did not get any quote when I call for service. $30 fee for outcall and then quote on the spot. Technician arrived 5 minute just before the end of the appointment time (4 hour window). Spent 15 minutes to tighten and clean up outside gas pipe connection. Another 5 minutes to relit the furnace and water tank. Charge was $216 for a total service time of less than 30 minutes. Will not recommend.

• Notice of plumber sent on 2 media's. Very pleasant and informative interchange with plumber who was thorough and knowledgeable. Plumber came to service the boiler but also checked the hot water heater when I asked him. We noted the unit was 11 years old and I was concerned with the water over heating. He gave me an exceptable quote, went and got the new heater and replaced it along with the expansion chamber which he checked to ensure it was defective. The plumber also gave me $200 credit for a future job if needed. Overall, very impressive.

• Very disappointing experience and, in my opinion, extremely overpriced. The company spent approximately 30 minutes inspecting my perimeter drainage pipes with a camera and charged me $367.50 for the inspection. I was then told that the pipes were clogged and was quoted approximately $2,800 for power flushing. Before proceeding, I contacted several other plumbing/drainage companies for comparison. Their quotes for the same power-flushing work ranged from approximately $350 to $700. I ultimately hired another company for $420. They power-flushed the perimeter drains and then performed a full camera inspection afterward, showing me that the pipes were clean and no longer clogged. The difference between the $2,800 quote and the $420 I actually paid was significant, and the fact that the other company both completed the flushing and provided a full post-flushing camera inspection made me question the value of the original recommendation and quotation. I’m posting this review so other homeowners are aware of the experience and, particularly for expensive drainage work, get multiple quotes before proceeding.
