• Had an issue with my Gas Hot Water Tank after Fortis replaced my Gas Meter. They, the Fortis subcontractor, could not light up the pilot on my Gas tank and they suggested that I have the Tank Gas Control Valve Replaced as they think the Valve got shut when they turned OFF the Gas and now the Valve was not Opening Up. Called Jaffer and he had 2 of his employees come over very promptly. They were very courteous and professional. They soon checked out the issue and figured out the problem and were able to fix and resolve the issue with my Hot Water Tank and got it working in no time. They also Serviced my Furnace at the same time on my request. They gave me lots of good advise and Tips to service and maintain my system. • Furnace went out after power went out and despite it being a modern furnace could not get help restarting it from the internet, youtube or even other electricians. I called Apple Plumbing and didn't even leave a message and he still called me back at 10pm at night. And then was patient and helpful over the phone as I fumbled about the furnace room following his suggestions. Finally we found one, a simple fix but I would never have figured it out. Furnace restarted! He saved the family: Grandma, 2 kids, 3 adults and a dog from a very chilly night (-2 out) I cannot thank him enough and he wanted nothing in return. Very heartwarming and kind. • Very recently I had a quite serious issue of Poly-B hot water line leaking. To deal with the problem, I asked a few plumbing professionals to provide suggestions on how to repair and to give cost estimation. In the end, Apple Plumbing & Heating was selected because of its accurate diagnosis and very reasonable budget quote. Their staff arrived on time and completed the work within a day. Not only did they do an excellent job, but the crew also even cleaned the site afterwards which is very unusual based on my experience working with various service providers. Once the job completed, the staff of Apple Plumbing & Heating explained what they did and taught us how to prevent future problems. In summary, I am very pleased with the services provided by this company and will highly recommend them to my friends and families in the future. I also have to say that the system is functioning better than before as well. More quiet and the control of the firing on and off was better than before. The movement of the water was quiet. I thought it was not working and I called him back. I was reassured it was and he was right. I waited and my floor was heating up. It was just quiet. I will use him again in the future. They are also Licensed Gas Fitters which is a MUST when working with GAS lines for insurance and reasons. I know the city also requires it when installing new hot water tanks. Thanks Jaffer!
