Jolly Heating & Cooling is a Richmond-based residential HVAC contractor serving homeowners across Metro Vancouver, including Richmond, Vancouver, Burnaby, Surrey and Coquitlam. We install, repair and maintain heat pumps, ductless mini-splits, furnaces, dual fuel systems, air conditioning, boilers, combi boilers, tankless water heaters, hot water tanks and thermostats, including systems we didn't install. TSBC licensed, BBB A+ rated and CleanBC registered, we assist with your rebate application. Labour warranties run up to 12 years and transfer to the next homeowner (annual servicing by Jolly required). We speak English, Cantonese and Mandarin. • Working with Jolly Heating was such a breeze. being first time owners of a detached home, we went in completely clueless to the whole process of upgrading our heating system, I was drawn to Jolly’s smiley face in their company logo on FB, and after speaking briefly with Thomas over the phone, I felt he was honest, knowledgeable and sincere, during consultations Thomas patiently explained every step of the process and gave honest answer to all our questions, from explaining the technology, to how to qualify for the government rebate, to picking the system best suit our needs. Thomas’s team kept us well informed of the schedule and progress during the installation. When it turned out our housedidn’t need the 3 ton system, we were promptly issued a lower quote ahead of time for us to decide. We settled with the Hitachi Aircore 700 2ton, and we could not be more satisfied with the result. Our house was crazy hot and humid last summer, but we are now well prepared for the coming heatwave! thanks to Jolly’s well executed scheduling and excellent workmanship, from the heat calculation, to the electrical, to the installation and the final walk thru, we are very happy with Thomas and the team behind him. There is still one issue remaining with the control panel and wifi module that connects the system to our app, I’m confident Thomas would follow up with Hitachi and make sure we are taken care of.
