• Went from five stars to one. The review below was from seven years ago with a five star rating. New review after my experience today? Knocking it down to one star. Called on Wednesday night, they came out Thursday afternoon. Determined it was a blower motor that was out. It is on a unit that I bought brand new from them 4-5 years ago. The tech said the part is under warranty but the labor was to be paid by me. Not a problem. He called in to someone and scheduled my appointment for today from 12-4. I'm here working at home and waiting all day. No call. No text. No text. I call to find out what's going on. I'm told that there was no appointment on the schedule for my service. I asked why. Couldn't tell me why right away. After some research, found out that the part was not available from the supplier. I asked why I wasn't called or messaged and told this. Told him I have been waiting all afternoon. He had no idea why...didn't have an answer for me. Now being told that the earliest I will get the new blower motor will be Monday. Now going to be without A/C all weekend. I asked if there was going to be a discount on the labor because of the inability to get a part and perform the service as promised and because of nobody contacting me to let me know that I didn't need to wait around all afternoon. Didn't have an answer for that either. Seemed more interested in being done for the weekend rather than trying to right an egregious wrong. In my opinion, the customer service has gone south...way south...from my previous experiences with them. They don't seem to be customer centric any longer as they were in the past and now the technicians are much more sales-y when they come to the house to perform routine service. Sorry to say it might be time to start looking for another A/C company. Old Review that gave five starts from seven years ago. Called at 10pm after upstairs air went out. Owner answered (not just a recording) and got us scheduled for the next day. Grant came out and replaced a capacitor and some freon and we were back up and running.
