I received horrible service from the two guys that came to do my installation. The 1st guy I cannot blame as, he doesn’t speak English, but the 2nd was just rude! He kept slamming the door every time he goes in and out. They had to come back a couple of times after inspection failed. Sorry, not my first pick for AC installation.

Brian and Kevin at ASAP Air Conditioning And Heating are great! We were out of town and came home to a broken A/C. It was 115 degrees and my mother-in-law does not do well in the heat. They came on a Sunday morning at 8am and fixed our A/C. Replaced the capacitor. Very reasonable price as well. Highly recommend ASAP Air Conditioning And Heating!

Professional service from the start. Replaced one AC unit in less than 4 hours-truly ASAP. Nobody beats their pricing. Quality individuals Armando and Mike who were the technicians on site. They worked hard and meticulous. Answered all of my questions. I will only use them on AC work in the future. Not enough words can be written for how I was treated by the owner, Wayne. He is very responsive and genuinely down to Earth person who laid out a detailed game plan with options. I went with a Trane 3.5 ton unit. Couldn't be happier.

We purchased the air conditioner 1 year ago, their price came in about $3000.00 cheaper than all the other companies in Mesa. Yesterday July 24 2026, it stopped cooling, butt still running. We turned it off , mind you the temp outside was 118 °. We put in a call to ASAP, Ryan and Kevin answered the phone immediately. Although they were booked for the entire night they said they would be out first thing in the a.m. They came and were gone in about ten minutes, if that. They replaced a capacitor, charged us nothing, and we are comfortable again. I give them more than 5 stars if I could. Thank you , Kevin and Ryan for caring ❤ about your clients.
