He went into our crawl space, changed all of our filters, checked the furnace, coils, and made sure everything was running properly. • I’m not changing my rating. This is from a past service call you never showed up for and didn’t have the courtesy to call us to let us know you weren’t planning on showing up. July 2025. I’d be more than happy to discuss this with you but you never called us. Actually, before I ever called your company we had a very nice “in person” conversation about our ac attic unit and you told me if we ever needed service you’d be more than happy to help us out. So, when we did have an issue we called you even though we have the coverage by DTE. Thought it would be nice to give you the service call, support and give a local business money. The lady in your office said it was a two week wait. That was fine. The day your company was supposed to be at our home we waited all day. Thought maybe there was a misunderstanding regarding the date or time of the service call. I called your office at 3:40 pm and was told by the person that answered the phone, that you did not want to do the service call. Didn’t want to go into the attic. You let us wait 2 weeks for the appointment and never contacted us so we could make other arrangements. It was a no call/no show. We only found out because we contacted your office to see if there was a miscommunication regarding the appointment. If you didn’t want to take the job then we should have been contacted immediately. If we would have gotten a call, explanation maybe an apology at some point but the office gal just said you didn’t want to do the job. A phone call would have been nice. We called DTE and they sent someone out immediately. I’m sure you do great work for other customers.

• We used alert heating and cooling to install our new furnace. They were quick fast and efficient! And then a few weeks after they installed our furnace our hot water heater went. It was over 10 years old, but they got to us the next day very fast and efficient and very friendly employees! I feel their price was very fair too! Doug comes in and inspect the jobs after they’re being done making sure the furnace was working properly. It’s nice to have a few sets of eyes when you’ve made such an expensive purchase!
