This is one of the few family owned HVAC companies left around here. Sales people aren’t pressured to oversell more than customers need. I started with a larger company, then contacted All About Care for a second estimate .They outlined a few options and thoroughly explained the pros and cons of them, did the installation within several days, and saved me money. Very happy with them!

I called AA care — The front desk made a schedule promptly for the technician to come fixing my problems with air-conditioning system and the indoor furnace leak. Ray Human, the technician came on time the next day. He was professional, courteous and took the time to inspect and repair. Although the leaking problem last longer, the receptionist and Ray were willing to solve the problem. Ray is a hard working and amazing. I will call AA Care for their services.

In reviewing the invoice for my repairs the parts that were replaced showed a cost of approximately $50.00 each (capacitor & contactor block) on a search of local supply houses. The billing had these parts at close to $250.00 each. That's a 500% mark up on these parts.

Service Advisor (Keith) came out to check my AC Unit. Unit not blowing cool air. Due to Unit taking R22 Refrigerant; which is no linger available, he gave me (2) options. I with replacing and having All About Care to install a new unit. 5 days later, they had a crew here installing the new unit. Which was great due to unprecedented high temps. Great Customer Service from the beginning to the completion of the install. They have also installed a whole HVAC System at another property of mine - same results. I Highly Recommend!!

We’ve had a fantastic experience with All About Care. Patrick recently completed our yearly HVAC maintenance and did an excellent job — he was thorough, knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely kind. What really stood out to us was his honesty. He also inspected the HVAC systems at the house we recently sold after another company tried to convince the buyers the systems needed to be replaced when they absolutely did not. Patrick took the time to thoroughly evaluate everything and confirmed the systems were in good shape. It was such a relief to work with a company that values integrity over unnecessary sales. It’s hard to find trustworthy HVAC companies these days, but All About Care has absolutely earned our trust. Highly recommend! **Update: Eric from All About Care came out today to make sure our upstairs AC was cooling properly during this 90+ degree heat, and he was fantastic. He was incredibly thorough, took the time to check everything, and was so kind and professional throughout the visit.
