• 5 Oct 2026 update. Just had the seasonal service done, which came with a couple of recommendations. A condensate pump, and UV light. QRC will sell you a condensate pump for $339 when you could get the same at Lowe’s for $50, and a UV light for $709 when again you could get the same for around $75-150. The plus side is they remain very communicative, punctual, and their techs are fantastic!!!! The pricing however, is outrageous. I have had two service appointments with QRC. Both times the technician was on time, professional both in appearance and workmanship. They have answered my questions, and explained everything in understandable terms. Aces in my book They are a bit pricey, but it seems more fair given the quality of service.

• Joel came to see what i would need to replace my unit which is 20 yrs old. He told me what my options were as far as repairs or replacement which was very helpful. This is a family owned business and local . I think that is a plus . He was very knowledgeable about everything and good customer friendly. It was late on Friday so will get my price on Monday. My unit is now replaced. I can’t say enough good things about this company. I talk to other companies that has been in business a long time and their prices were much higher, then started coming down. That set the tone right there. QRC give me best price first time. Everyone I talk to there was very helpful and wonderful customers service. You can tell this is family owned . They cleaned up when finished no mess. If i had to have this type of service again they would be my choice. Big company names are not always your best choice. They are 10 star with me. If you need this service I suggest you give them a call.
