I have used Advanced several times now, and they never disappoint. Harry did an outstanding job diagnosing my electrical problem and repairing it quickly. He explained everything in detail and gave me clear advice on what to do going forward so this specific problem doesn’t happen again. Thanks Harry! I also have to mention the lady that answered my call. She was polite, understanding, and incredibly gracious.she got me on the books right away, and Harry was dispatched within 45 minutes! While they did have a cancellation that freed up a slot, I still deeply appreciate the rapid response time. I’ve had no problems with this company and highly recommend them.

I have used Advanced Appliance Service many times before. They always give superior service! Ed was my technician this time and he is an exceptional plumber! Part of the replacement was not covered by my home warranty and I still paid a reasonable price for the extra work they had to do.

Sean and Craig, Were absolutely amazing.Fun guys and very knowledgeable. I had three items that needed to be repaired through my home warranty. They were professional, courteous, and timely. Even down to the ordering and receiving of equipment for the repair. A total of 3-4 days to diagnose, order and repair my stove, fridge and microwave! As a single woman and homeowner they made sure I was comfortable aware of what was going on with my appliances and exactly what needed to be to be fixed and what would be done to fix them. I couldn’t have asked for better service. Thank you guys! It was a good time “hanging” with you two!

Jeremy & Bryan, the tech that serviced my units today was very profession, friendly, knowledgeable and honest! He updated my units with the UV lights—something that I knew absolutely nothing about but after he explained the purpose, I felt the lights would be of great benefit to me! I appreciate his recommendations. He has serviced my units before and is always very good recommendations and advice for me! He seems to be very honest and trustworthy! Jeremy was coming to do regular winter maintenance and immediately smelled gas that I didn't smell. He looked, found, and fixed the problem . I thank God that his senses were able to detect the problem because it could have been disastrous.
