• I’ve spent a small fortune on A/Cs, ductwork and electrical work over the past 10 years from this company. They replaced both of my A/C units, came out to service them a few years later, and then tried to have me pay thousands of dollars to fix the drain lines they themselves installed “incorrectly”. During the service, they failed to clear the lines and then asked for another $400 when we pointed it out - keep in mind, we have a service contract. Latest issue was that they practically bullied us into replacing the electrical panel, then failed to label the panel, and lied about it on the invoice. When we asked them to correct the error, they showed up without a uniform, ID or a work truck and asked me to run around the house telling them what lights went on and off. This was all something I already paid THOUSANDS of dollars for that they lied about being completed. They walked into my house with no booties, full of attitude for me pointing out that their work was not up to code or as described on the invoice. Word to the wise! Do not use this company!

• All-Star came out on Oct 6th to install a new heater and air conditioner the crew did a great job 4 1/2 hours they where done. Both units are working great. The crew was very professional and knowledgeable they took all the old equipment and did a great job cleaning up. I was very happy with the price. I had other quotes but All-Star had a better warranty for parts and labor, offered better equipment and did a lot of extra work. I highly recommend this company next time you need any heating and air-conditioning work. Thomas.Enz.

• Very poor experience with this company that was charging ridiculous prices. They significantly upcharged everything coming out for an inspection (like charging $595 per capacitor for AC units that were still working, $389 for a pound of refrigerant that wasn’t needed when I thankfully got another opinion, >$2500 more for an AC install than a reputable competitor). This is not a comment on the quality of their work, but I definitely would get a second quote before any sort of repair/maintenance plan with them for sure as they may be trying to rip you off.

• We had our semi-annual/Fall inspection completed recently. Bobby arrived on time and has such a pleasant demeanor. He went straight to work completing our full service heat check up to make sure all working correctly, with no gas or carbon monoxide detection. He performed all these services in a very professional manner, while explaining what he had done. ___________________________________ Update: 9-20-26 Katie is amazing at her job! Running the office, sweet and calm demeanor, making appointments, and so many others "behind the scene" operations! She keeps the office running smoothly, calmly, and efficiently. Don installed a voltage reading, surge protector on our a/c unit. He arrived on time and began installing immediately. He finished in a timely manner and was very neat, clean, and efficient in his work. He takes pride in his work as well. Don is very friendly, courteous, and professional as well. Janette was very courteous, pleasant, and did a nice job of correcting an issue by replacing mud around the evaporater coil, which also corrected the air escaping from the open area that was erroneously created. She did a good job of assisting Jody with the replacement repairs as well. Jody came out and removed the old compressor and installed the new one. He patiently and precisely took the time to install this new compressor, which was due to past problems. He was very professional, courteous, friendly, and patient with his explanations. He was very knowledgeable about his work. He took the time and answered many of my questions that I asked regarding this matter, as well as past issues. He stayed with us for the full duration to get us up and running. He wants the best outcome for his customers and the company. And he showed great compassion for what we have been dealing with. ___________________________________ Bobby came out for our semi-annual Spring check-up. He was on time, professional, respectful, pleasant, and was very knowledgeable in his work. He was efficient and finished in a timely manner. • If any one needs a plumber who knows what they are doing and are excellent at it, call this company and request Larissa Tamez. She showed up at our house quickly when we were experiencing an outage due to a clogged up A/C condensate line and she did absolutely anything in her power in blistering heat to help and get the A/C back on. Even whenever a dead end was met and specialty items would be needed to complete the job, she still stayed and came up with a temporary solution with better access until the specialty tool was going to be used. She is a wonderful plumber and an even better person. All-star has a gem here.
