• Always Local Heating and Air Conditioning LLC never lets me down! I called today because my upstairs AC unit wasn’t working, and within 20 minutes, Nallely was on the phone with me letting me know that their technician, Arthuro, was already on his way. He arrived, quickly fixed the problem, and even took care of another issue I had noticed that morning. He actually beat me to the punch by letting me know what he found before I even had a chance to mention it! These guys are ALWAYS my go-to for AC and heating! Their service, professionalism, and responsiveness are second to none. And as if that wasn’t enough, they also give back to the community by sponsoring a household each year with a brand-new AC unit for someone who is less fortunate. Who does that in these hard times? • Always local really saved the day! They were so easy to contact and called right back to schedule. They had options available soon even in this extreme summer heat. They had a number of windows available. They were a little outside the window but I get that you can’t always predict what you’re walking into, and if it means someone gets ac sooner I’m good with that. They even fixed it same day for a super reasonable price! No price gouging here like some companies. As a business and homeowner I’ve been searching for someone communicative and available and this is the team. Contractors verified on Facebook was a great resource to find them! They use AI for calls which is annoying but if it helps them spend their time doing the work then I’ll give them a pass. I guess we all have to adapt! Thank you SO much for getting it up and running and not being pushy about extras. I’ll be recommending you to everyone!

• My 2018 Carrier system died with a major evaporator coil leak & Carrier said the 410A system was past the warranty. Always Local (David) came highly recommended from their American Standard wholesaler, whom I know from church. One year later, the AC works great! Always Local did a great job on the install of a 3 ton system; the install team led by Oscar was knowledgeable & very professional. After the install David did a walkthrough & inspected every copper solder. David's office filed the Austin Energy credit worth $550, helped with the 2025 federal tax credit worth $3,200, & completed the warranty registration. Other details I appreciated: Found an affordable custom-sized filter, used a solid metal drain pan with 2 shut-off switches, explained the Rx11-Flush, pumped the system to under 200 microns, added mastic to 8 AC registers, used a premium condenser pad, & arrived on time.

• I highly recommend Always Local Heating and Air Conditioning. My A/C went out on a Thursday, and by Saturday I'd received 10 estimates/scope of work. I wanted to be thorough for such an expense. On Sunday, I selected Always Local based on many factors, and slept like a baby with my new A/C by Monday night. I made a great choice in selecting Always Local. David navigated a FRIENDLY crew that was KNOWLEDGABLE, EFFICIENT and kind enough to answer my curiosities along the way. I wanted to understand the process. I also appreciated the care they took to protect my place from dirt and damage during the install. Most importantly, they gave me what I wanted - QUALITY and VALUE.
