AC going out at any time of year in TX is a horrifying experience, but Chuck’s really took the stress off of us by providing speedy and affordable service. Miguel was AWESOME! He had our AC running again within an hour. He also showed my husband so much preventative maintenance that we had no idea about, to prolong the life of our new capacitor. From the very first person I spoke to on the phone, until the time Miguel left our home, I could tell that this company has amazing customer service. I can’t recommend this company enough and y’all keep up the great work!

Michael was able to come to our home fast and resolved the problem quickly. It was just wires that needed replacing. He couldve told us that the whole unit (22 years old) needed replacing but he was honest and courteous instead. We are short on money right now so that wouldve been a nightmare. So we are very grateful to have found this company. He even took the time to talk to my husband and give us recommendations for future reference. These guys are going to be my go-to guys for our AC unit and I highly recommend them!! 🌟 🏆 🦸

A/C system in attic leaking water destroying some ceiling sheet rock upstairs below the A/C unit. At least one cold air-to room duct has water in it. Another of that type of duct seems to have become displaced from its original position and its insulation has come apart. Water was standing in the pan under the A/C unit. This is the situation Matt was facing when he arrived. He inspected things and found that one of the float switches was activated and I think he said the other had silt around it so it was not able to move and actuate. His estimate was that the water pan may be leaking. He cleared the drain line and verified that it was working. He said we could run the A/C but the water pan probably needs replacing and the ductwork needs to be addressed. Also the cold air delivery plenum may need to be replaced. Matt was on time, seemed to know his business and got us back in operation. This was very important to us because we hav a luncheon at our house in the morning. Good job! Thanks.
