del's is always quick to respond & love the communication regarding when the tech is going to arrive and the tracking to see where they actually are....and techs are always extremely friendly & very knowlegable!

Francisco was very professional and wore booties over his shoes while in my house. He told me all of his findings and options and only charged $96 for the diagnostic. He was unable to fix my A/C, as parts need to be ordered. After speaking with the boss about the quote, another couple of guys were sent out and fixed my A/C right away. Initially, I was told they didn't have the capacitor or the correct old coolant and a valve needed to be replaced for $2900, and of course trying to talk me into a new unit. Once the new guys came and checked everything again, they replaced the capacitor and happened to have the coolant as well. Valve didn't need to be fixed. All less than $800. I appreciate they ended up fixing my A/C the same day, but I can't help feeling like they were trying to get away with overcharging me initially. Something was very odd about sending a second set of guys out to check everything again and all of a sudden being able to fix it.

Wow! I'm so glad i chose Del's! My AC went kaput last night. They were available next morning which is important to us since I have a young toddler. Francisco serviced my request. He was quick, efficient, and had the needed part on hand for replacement. He assessed, explained the issue and replaced the part in under 30 minutes! The cost is a bit on the higher end but for the speed and efficiency they serviced my issue, it was worth every penny. The high today in Austin is 102F. Can't put a price on comfort and safety!
