• I paid for an after hours appointment, Dylan came, cut a hole in drywall, and said he didn’t have the part, charged me the money and said he would come back Monday at 4. After no contact today, I called the office and no information of home coming back. I was told multiple times that I would be called back, and all 3 times, I had to call them back ( they said they tried contacting me but I had my phone in my hand the whole time). Finally, after 2 hours of dealing with the office lady, I have an appointment for 8pm tonight, unreal!

Despite it being Sunday, I called American Water to and spoke to Dylan, the on duty plumber, who went over the problem, suggested a repair/replacement strategy, and noted that his schedule this morning was open. Since our replacement was a weekend, there would be a call-out fee to do the job on a Sunday. I was glad to hear that Dylan could be here in 40 minutes. Upon arrival, we surveyed the job and he began his work. Dylan is knowledgeable, hard working, and insightful. The job was completed and works well.The price was fair and the quality of his work was 10/10! This is our second installation made by American for us, and we couldn't be more pleased.
