At my personal residence . Pat came out to help with a condensation line issue. He arrived on time. Presented himself very professionally. First, he familiarized himself with the scope of work and then explained to me what needed to be done to resolve the problem. He's a very hard worker. I couldn't have been more pleased with him and his knowledge and work ethic. He's a great employee and a fine representative for Collin's. You're lucky to have him on your staff!

Scott and Sione did a fantastic job! They were very careful with containing the dust and debris as they were working inside the Primary Bedroom closet. Hardly any dust at all was generated! The shower functions wonderfully now. They added a handheld unit so we can now bathe our dogs in the shower. The pressure before was only faint and we couldn’t control the temperature. With the new installation we have great pressure and total control over the temperature. We could not be more pleased!

They took the time to explain exactly what was wrong, walked us through our options, and never pushed anything we didn't need. The work itself was top notch. They fixed our plumbing problem quickly and correctly, and they left our home cleaner than they found it. You can tell they take real pride in what they do. The price was fair and there were no surprises. A huge thank you to Dave Swanson as well, who handled the scheduling and coordination. He made getting on the calendar effortless, kept us updated every step of the way, and made sure everything ran smoothly from the first phone call to the final visit.
