Upfront and honest with everything that he was doing with his repairs and told me exactly what was wrong with my A/C unit. Took before and after pictures to show me the work that was completed. They were extremely friendly and the service was quick and easy. We hired them for an emergency A/C unit malfunction and they responded right away and eased a lot of worries and concerns that we had and fixed the problem.

Matt, Sean, and Sydney are great to work with, and I highly recommend Compass if you're looking for a quality HVAC contractor. I almost hate to recommend them because, in our business, when you find really good subcontractors, you tend to guard them closely. Quality HVAC contractors can be hard to find, and I know a company like Compass won’t stay a secret for long. They are professional, dependable, responsive, and consistently deliver quality work. Five stars in my book.

We had an excellent experience with Matt, Sean and the Compass Air team installing our new AC unit and air handler. A few reasons why we hired them and why we'll stay with them as customers: It's a small business (not owned by a giant conglomerate or private equity firm like many of the HVAC companies in the valley). Their communication, quoting process and cleanliness were excellent. Pricing was transparent and the installation went smooth. I was impressed that they took the time to pick up individual bits of insulation out of our gravel by hand when they were finished with our install. Highly recommend.

Sean came to my house for HVAC maintenance service. He arrived on time, and was very friendly and professional. He completed the service and gave me a thorough report on the status of the HVAC system and some recommendations to improve the system. The service was very thorough. Amazing same day service! Called the company at 7 am and they were out to Mesa by 11am. Spent three hours diagnosing the problem in hot attic. Found a solution and should be fixed by end of today. The thermostat went out over night. It was originally put in by another company. Called them early in the morning and got a call back in less then 15 minutes. They were out by noon and had it fixed. Talking to the guy decided to replace it not knowing how long it would last and didn't want it to go out again. They did not try to up sale me. Ask what I needed it to do and suggest a lower price one. Would highly recommend.
