We hired this company to service a walk-in cooler that was intermittently not holding temperature. They came out twice, charged us for both visits, and never fixed the issue. The explanations changed each time (settings, defrost mode, etc.), but the original problem was never resolved. On a later visit, they suddenly claimed there were “new findings” involving electrical components, even though none of the prior service notes documented checking or testing those components. When we questioned why we were charged for a second visit when the first visit didn’t fix anything, and asked for documentation to support the new findings, Richard (co-president) was dismissive, had a poor attitude, and was unwilling to work with us toward any reasonable resolution. There was no accountability for the unresolved work or the repeated charges. Additionally, during the third visit, the technician asked me to sign his tablet and I noticed the charges were over $600, even though nothing had been repaired. I told him I was not comfortable signing because I did not agree with the charges. He stated the charges would be adjusted in the office and that my signature only verified he was onsite. Based on that representation, I signed digitally and wrote “no charge.” When the invoice was later converted to PDF, the “no charge” notation was removed and only my signature appeared. In the end, we were billed without a real repair of the issue, so I would not recommend using this company.

I had a commercial walk- in refrigerator issue. They looked at a quote I had from someone else then went out there and fixed my problem for a better price. Everyone was professional and I would call again in the future.
