• I can’t even begin to explain how impressed I was with the installation crew. First the laid floor covers down throughout our home from the front door all the way up the stairs to the areas they were working. It was no simple task replacing 3 full hvac systems and they got it done in the time frame I was told. Two of our systems were 20 years old and the other was only 4 and you could tell that it was installed as cheap as possible. I was hesitant to replace the 4 year old system but after seeing the difference in installation quality and everything they did I was so happy we made the decision to do them all at the same time. My sales rep Lance walked me through everything they would be doing and everything he described prior to installation was true. He was a true professional and it was obvious he knew what he was talking about. He answered all my question throughly and helped guide us on which system to go with between all the different options and the financing was very simple. I explained to Lance how important air quality was for my family. He recommended that we install their uv air purifier. So we went ahead and did those in all 3 systems as well. During the install one of the installers found one of the drain lines was completely blocked so they got it cleared and verified the system was draining correctly. Prior to leaving the installers walked us through everything and verified all the systems were working properly and got everything cleaned up. I highly recommend these guys. They are true professionals.

• Had given them a 4 star but they did not fix my system. Charged me 380.00 would not provide me with invoice removed filters did not replace did not add coolant, did not reset thermostat. System still blowing warm air disabled my second unit then said the do not have the parts to fix it

They came out Saturday August 22nd and not only did they communicate very poorly I have requested an invoice about 7 times now and 5 days later I still cannot get a copy for my own record. • How does a company that provides false advertising have a perfect 5 star record. I got a hold of these guys and of course my credit does not match up for the amount I can afford so they try to send me to another financial company that wants $2,500 down and $249 a month I can't afford after telling them how much I could afford and also advertising a HVAC for $4,797 which with the way they were talking was probably a scam to get people in the door.
