Two other companies looked at it and just went on and on about how old the system is (well, no kidding) and then begrudgingly offered to do the quick fix for DOUBLE what Cool Tech did it for, and it only took 30 minutes. After moving to another home outside of Arlington, I continued to use them because they have always done a great job for me. One of the main things I like about them is their stability. From their owner, Jon, to all of their technicians, they’ve all been there for several years. When workers don’t move around, and stay with the same company for several years, I think that’s a great sign that you’ve found a good company. • Called Cool Tech this morning due to having some water in the pan in the attic. Ben the technician stopped by and checked the unit. Made sure the drain was clear. I told him I checked the the drain line this morning and it was wet. He checked it and noticed that the union was leaking due to the wrong pvc glue being used. He replaced the union and wrapped the drain line to reduce condensation. Everything is working as designed. Ben is a Professional and I appreciate his attention to detail. Thank You
