Every person we have interacted with has been upfront, honest, and quick to respond with answers. From needing a complete upgrade with one of our units at the beginning of summer to needing a new compressor with our other unit at the end of summer to maintenance calls checking our system, we now have a company that we can rely on and depend on. Shout out to John, who has been amazing from the beginning of our summer, and to Ben, who drove an hour on a Sunday morning and spent three and a half hours to help make sure our family was taken care of in the triple digit heat. There are others who helped with installs too, working in this heat over the summer. Thank you all for being an upstanding company!

Not only can i’m not recommend this place. I would highly discourage anyone from using them. Not a reputable company and very crooked practices. A few weeks ago I was out of town and both air-conditioning units went down on my business. I was out of town, unable to take care of it so I had one of my guys take care of the issue for me and he called Golden air-conditioning unfortunately before he got back to me, they were able to perform their drastically overpriced services and partially ripped me off. He told me that they were charging me $250 a piece to look at my air-conditioning units. The going rate is $150 to inspect each unit. They charged me over $100 more on each unit. Then they charge me an additional $375 to replace a capacitor. Which is greatly overpriced. Unfortunately, when he called me and told me what they were charging I told him to have them leave the property immediately that I did not need their services because that price was ridiculous! Unfortunately they had already done the work on one unit. I had another unit that had to be fixed and they quoted me $689 on that unit. I told them no thank you. Just fix what you’ve done wrap up and leave so I end up paying them $875 for services rendered. For the record the other repair that I needed done, they were gonna charge me $689 for. I got done for 370 by another company. I then noticed my email had a receipt where everything was a dollar they charged me a dollar for labor dollar for this a dollar for that and just an $875.plus tax amount. I asked him for provide me with an itemized bill so I could see what I paid for and again they sent me the same invoice as shown down here in the pictures. This company is a rip off. Call anybody but this company and you’re gonna be better off. They take advantage of people and charge rip off prices. I still never received a legitimate invoice to show me what I paid for.

Used Golden for the first time last month and was extremely impressed! We called later in the evening as our AC was not cooling and although they didn’t answer the first time, they called back within the hour. We were scheduled first thing the next morning and it turns out it was only a capacitor. Very grateful for their quick turnaround and professional service. Will give them a call again whenever we have any AC needs!

Have you noticed that its hot outside? Well being hot inside is no picnic. I contacted them at 8pm and they were out to me first thing the next morning. Great customer service!
