• Best customer service around. Honest, Dependable, Dedicated are words I would use to describe this company. We were having major ac issues and instead of trying to sell us a 20k unit, they worked diligently to fix our system. They came out multiple times, even sent the owner out to make sure the problems were resolved. Fair pricing, honest, and very helpful technicians. Can't recommend this family owned business enough.

• My minisplit had a leaking evaporator coil in the head and was not functioning. I called a few companies, including Tropic Air & Heat. I did not actually end up working with them, so take this review with a grain of salt, however, they did a free look at my minisplit and seemed easy to work with. I ended up going another route, but this company made a good quote for repair and did attempt to find a replacement head entirely. They were not able to locate one (and it's out of production, so it wasn't an easy thing to find), and I eventually went with another company that was able to locate a replacement, but the little I worked with Tropic, they were great.

• ‘Twas the first day of summer, the AC was blowin’ clean. Not a care in the world, poppin’ a couple of coldies beside my queen. When up from the wall there arose such a clatter. I sprang from my La-Z-Boy to the thermostat to see what was the matter. The sweat on my brow wasn’t much of a surprizin. Had to do a double take, wide eyed, as the digits were arisin’. Away to open up windows, I flew like a flash. Tellin’ my boo to cancel with friends for the early summer’s bash. A warning I cried out “it’s gonna be a day for bad hair.” When suddenly, I remembered my boys at Tropic Air. The TA boys arrived at the crib faster than 911. Fixin’ the issue before the falling of the sun. These cats aren’t afraid to go the extra mile. Look no further, keep my boys at TA on speed dial. So you’re thinking to yourself “The divorce would be cheaper.” Tropic air and heat, son! Because it’s always “cheaper to keep her.”
