We highly recommend Paul for any heating/cooling needs you have. Paul is extremely knowledgeable and went above and beyond to help us with our air conditioner problems. Top notch service! For the past several years, I love that I’ve always received a full explanation of what I’m paying for & why. I was also given options of pricing. I won’t ever utilize another company. My air went out during really hot weather & I had someone house sitting for my 3 older dogs. It was over 90 in my house. He rearranged his schedule to fit me in & trusted that he’d get paid, even though I was in another state. He had to coordinate with my dog sitter & come back again after he got the part. I won’t ever forget that! Respectful, friendly, great pricing! You won’t find anyone better.

Fast & Emergency Install I had a fantastic experience with American Integrity Heating and Air. Our AC unit completely stopped working on a sweltering day, and they were able to dispatch a technician to our home much faster than I anticipated to replace the entire unit. Paul, the technician who assisted us, was professional and polite. He quickly diagnosed the underlying issues and managed the full replacement process with meticulous attention to detail. He ensured we were back up and running in no time, maintaining a clean workspace throughout the installation. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Outstanding service from start to finish! They showed up on time, explained everything in plain English (which is a miracle when it comes to HVAC), and had my system running better than ever before I knew it. The technicians were professional, friendly, and left everything cleaner than they found it. I was bracing myself for a huge headache, but they made the whole process so easy that I almost wished something else in my house would break… almost. 😄 If you’re looking for an honest HVAC company that does excellent work and treats customers right, look no further. It was a day in hot summer when my AC unit stopped working. Got the number from my neighborhood with his recommendation. Paul Gwilliam was the one who showed up the following day to give us relief and fixed the unit with additional coolant charging. Since then, he is my go to guy regarding HVAC and recommended to my retired friend as well. The service is responsive, fair valued and straight forward with cost implied for any replacement or repair upfront.
