The company was quick to send out technicians, even on a Sunday for an emergency callout. The technician who came to do the initial assessment and provide a quote was very friendly, detailed, and professional. The service overall was fast and efficient. We discovered a leak in one of our water heater pipes and needed help with a replacement. The technician was incredibly helpful and kind—he even took my call late on a Friday night and patiently walked me through how to turn off the boiler and flush the system so we could manage the situation safely before the repair. I’m truly grateful for their support and would wholeheartedly recommend their services to all my family and friends. At Angels, they truly go the extra mile for their customers.

Angels is a wonderful company to work with when the job required is worth a lot of money. However, when your work is covered under warranty, you may be faced with multiple no-show appointments without any follow-up calls and that is going to be their norm. We have been chasing after them for over 2 months now without a clear resolution. Just asked to speak to a manager and was told that they are unreachable as they are overseas.

Guys came in and checked the furnace at the place we are renting , identified a carbon monoxide build up and provided info to our landlord for a replacement . They came back the next day and installed a unit 1/3 the size of the old one , even worked late till about 10pm to make sure it got installed (it was a cold night ). New furnace works great . Highly recommend their services !

We used Angel's Heating, Cooling, & Plumbing last year for our boiler and fireplace maintenance. They were responsive, professional, and made us feel like our business mattered to them. In addition to the regular maintenance, we had a couple repairs that had to be done. Normally, I am suspicious when service companies come and tell me something is wrong, but I completely trusted Angel's. There's service rep, Farid, was lovely to deal with and really seemed to know what he was talking about. We used them again this year and were also happy with their service. We plan to keep using them for years to come.
