  • I rated one star not because of the work that I got done but because of the employees driving ability. I would never hire this company because their drivers drive erratically on the road. #89 huge Van very aggressive on the Barnett Highway in the HOV lane with one occupant, riding people's bumpers in the complete fog with not much visibility. If this is how your employees Drive why the heck would I want to hire you for any job?

  • Avoid this company at all costs. Their communication is an absolute nightmare and their billing practices are shady. ​Failed to fix the AC: They came out to service my unit, charged me, and completely failed to fix the AC. ​Misleading Billing: I paid the "Final Invoice" provided directly by their President via e-Transfer ($639.45) and assumed everything was settled. ​Unauthorized Charge: A whole month later, they went ahead and charged my credit card AGAIN for $603.75 total of $1243.20 (for zero resolution) without my authorization, claiming it was for an "initial quote fee" that was never properly communicated. ​I already filed a formal complaint with the BBB and CRT

  • Fernando Olivar provided exceptional service, effectively resolving a critical issue and upholding the company's reputation. Following a prolonged delay caused by another technician who failed to address the shower faucet problem for two weeks, I was compelled to seek an alternative solution. The previous technician(also from Somatic) was unable to even remove the existing faucet. Upon arrival, Fernando promptly identified that the incorrect valve had been supplied. He then provided precise guidance on procuring the appropriate replacement. His expertise, professionalism, and courteous demeanor were highly commendable. He efficiently replaced the defective valve and completed the installation within a remarkable 15-20 minute timeframe.

  • One of the worst companies you could deal with. I called them about a problem with the air conditioner. One of them came and didn’t touch anything and left. I called them after two days and they said they would send someone to fix it, but no one came. After a week I called and they didn’t come. Another week and they still didn’t come. After two months they sent me an email asking for payment and that I have to pay otherwise they would sue me. Hhhhhh

  • Contracted the company to come out in August of 2022 for low water pressure when flushing our warehouse toilet. Repairman came and said nothing was clogged but he would reccomend a device to help it flush. No quote ever came. Fast forward to January of 2023 and they are running charges on our card.

  • Came and replaced clogged heat pump filters in my townhouse downtown, charged me $800 or so. 2 months later, I find a $650 charge to my credit card. Bank refunded me the fraudulent charge. Not sure why this company tried to sneakily steal $650 from me. I would not recommend them.
