  • I took 3 quotes on a manifold replacement for my heating system. Reid Brothers quoted us a 4 hour job at $1800 plus tax, which was competitive with my other 2 quotes. They sent a team who worked quickly and efficiently to give us a 1st class repair in 2.5 hours (1.5 hours ahead of schedule). The invoice came in at $1125 plus tax, 37.5% below budget. Needless to say we were very impressed by the excellent work! 5 stars! Well earned!

They did a great job in a timely fashion and the price was competitive. Will definitely be using Reid Brothers again.

  • Recently our shower fixture stopped providing hot water. We called a local plumber who advised that we would have to replace the entire diverter and cartridge which would cost in excess of $1000. As our dealings with that plumber had resulted in our diminished confidence in both their competence and forthrightness we paid the call out fee and sought Reid Bros. on the recommendation of a family member. They arrived quickly and diagnosed the problem as a misaligned scald preventer ring, a possibility that I offered to the previous plumber. The fix required no parts and was accomplished quickly by Reid Bros. for the cost of the callout. Well done guys! We’ll know who to call next time! Thanks!

  • Had our boiler serviced. They came as scheduled and serviced. No fuss, no muss. They were polite ,efficient and did what needed doing. A week later, there was something that wasn't quite right. I took some time to look into it but couldn't figure it out. So, I called Reid brothers again. They came, assessed and figured it out in minutes. They fixed it and didn't charge me for the second visit. Would totally recommend.

Reid Brother’s specialist tech, Richard was very patient and carefully dealt with the problem.
