  • My furnace motor blew during a heat wave and Apex was very quick to respond. After determining that repairing the old one would have cost just as much as replacing it, I was so grateful to have Dan and his team come the very next day to do a new furnace install. Communication was great, the team was professional, courteous and very efficient in removing the old furnace and humidifier and installing the new furnace. Everything was left clean and tidy. After dealing with the heat, having the A/C back on felt like heaven. Highly recommend Apex for quick response, good pricing and excellent service.

  • had a very disappointing experience with Apex. I was left waiting for three days with no proper communication or resolution regarding my tankless hot water system. When the manager, Mike, finally arrived, the situation only got worse. Instead of addressing the issue professionally, he was immediately confrontational and rude. All I wanted was to have my system working again, but he refused to help and left without resolving anything. This level of service is unacceptable. I would NEVER recommend Apex based on my experience.

  • After making a decision to upgrade our 20+ years old tank water heater, I decided to choose Rinnai RXP199in. The next step is choose who’s going to supply and install the unit. I find APEX AIR pricing to be lowest among contractors I talked to and fast delivery and install.Initially, had some reservations at the back of my mind regarding installation quality but I was proven wrong. The team did an excellent job installing the RXP199in to my satisfaction. They even change the position of the furnace/AC filter housing to make it easier to change filter at no extra charge.
