We are a locally owned and reputable HVAC and plumbing service provider located in Elkhorn, Nebraska. We are proud of our Nebraskan roots, priding ourselves on our work ethic, and never pressuring our prospective customers with high pressure selling techniques. We're the only HVAC and plumbing company in the Elkhorn marketplace to offer a same day service guarantee. Our normal business hours of operation are from 8:00am to 4:30pm CST, but we offer after-hours emergency repair service daily and on weekends.

We had two technicians come out, Aiden the first day and Carter the second day. Both were very personable and respectful and knowledgeable. Both did very professional work. Aiden diagonsed it on the first day and then we decided the next day to do the work suggested by Aiden. Carter did the actual work and installatin that Aiden suggested. Carter switched out our compressor and cooling coils. I would highly recommend this company and these two fine technicians to anyone needed air contitioner repairs.

I had my water softener, water purification system, and tankless water heater all installed by Apex, and even though there were a few hiccups along the way, Bryan and Dwayne were understanding, helpful, and communicative to get all our troubles resolved. I was pregnant and then with a newborn during their visits, and they were so kind and respectful of our home and family. Highly recommend Apex when you are looking for a company that stands on quality, trust, and workmanship.

AC broke on a hot summer Sunday and I was worried nobody would be open to fix it until Monday 😅. Thankfully Apex came within about 30 minutes of me calling in. Creighton the technician was very kind and knowledgeable. He found part of the issue quickly and taught me exactly how he planned to fix it to get the AC back on that day. The following day a second tech Carter came out to replace my coil. He did a great job and also explained how the system worked and what the coil looked like, which is helpful as a homeowner since it’s not easy information to find. Both techs did a great job, cleaned up after themselves, and the process was completed quickly.
