  • We found this company through the Hayward Pool Company web site and could not be more thrilled! First, they had a live person answer the call on the first ring. Second, he was patient and kind and listened to my request. And finally, he took care of setting up an appointment at a specific time (not a four-hour range), followed up with well-timed reminders and arrived on time. Casey was friendly, patient and took the time needed to recreate the issue we were having with our pool heat pump. He reached out directly to Hayward's local rep for additional information and even called via Facetime to get everything taken care of and answer all of my questions. Pretty spectacular service with a smile which is hard to find these days. I would recommend them to anyone I know. Thanks for the great service and the friendly interactions!

  • Great experience with Millard Heating & Cooling - came out on a cold Saturday morning to look at our dead heater - quickly diagnosed the problem & was able to show me the failed part + wear & tear cracks internally (it was a 29 year old system) - easy decision to replace w/ a new unit 1st thing Monday morning - great communication, prompt service, did what they said they were going to do when they said they'd do it, very clean work inside the house - very reasonable price - both Chad & Cade were professional to deal with - glad I called them to help us!

  • Chad did an awesome job coming to my home and fixing the heater. The heater would start, but no heat and no air coming out of the air ducts. He came over and, within an hour, everything was running great. I've needed their help twice in the last decade, and each time they did a great job. I highly recommend them as an HVAC repair company to anyone in the Omaha metro!

  • I had them out to look at my pool heater that was not turning on at all. They were out the day after I called for an appointment. Cade figured out the problem and fixed it in about 10 minutes. Mouse had taken an internal wire out. I had been waiting for three weeks for my pool company to come out and look at it. Millard Heating & Cooling will be my new go to for my pool heater. Cade was very friendly and professional!

  • So thankful for these guys..had a routine check..needed a new furnace and was told could be a day..or a week. Well luckily for my wife and I they were able to get it done for us that day. All of the staff were very nice, knowledgeable and understanding of how important it was to get it done with the winter time temps.   • Since I moving back home to NE from FL, and various other states in my professional career, finding reputable companies in various fields (dentist, automotive, and HVAC) has always been a challenge. Often times with more disappointments than satisfaction. Because I have an older HVAC system that has outlived its time, Millard H&C has been called upon for assistance for the past three years. It's seems its always on the hottest or coldest days; however, they never over sell anything, arrive timely, and continue providing excellent service. I seldom recognize any company on a public post. mainly because I have high expectations, but Millard H&C have earned my total respect and appreciation!

  • Absolutely amazing service! Our AC broke in the middle of the night on the hottest day of the year. I called and Chad answered. He was able to send someone out immediately and he truly sounded like he cared and that he would take care of us. They were able to fix the problem in less then 30 minutes. Fantastic in every way!
