I needed to have a PTAC (small heating/AC unit - hotel type) replaced in my sunroom. Mike and his helper arrived promptly at the time expected, replaced the unit, cleaned up after themselves, and left in well under an hour. They were both professional and pleasant and Mike explained how this one worked; it's much more modern and efficient than my old one.

The service call was very timely and the technician was efficient and explained clearly what was wrong with my unit (one of those small AC/heater units like in hotel rooms). Unfortunately it can’t be fixed but that is kind of what I was expecting because of its age.

Your company took advantage and ripped me off, I had water on the floor around my furnace, I called Black Hills energy which I have a service contract for my furnace, they sent your service man, he said it wasn’t covered under my warranty, gave me a quote to fix it , I agreed , he didn’t mention that all he had to do remove a hose attached to the outside of the furnace blow it out was going to cost a $175, which did not include the service call. That is price gouging at the worst. I think a hose attached to the furnace should be covered, that is part of the furnace. I’m waiting to hear from a local representative what I’m paying for that’s not covered before I file my claim with the Better Business Bureau . To me this seems to feel like a Ponzi scheme , they send you the customers in distress and you take advantage ?

We reached out to other places that didnt know how to fix the issue and threw up their hands and gave us an invoice for $20,000 for a new unit...even tho ours is only 5 yrs old.
