• My mom's AC went out with no warning and this company, including the owner and all the staff, were a pleasure to work with. They were so proactive with their communication and time estimates. Also, they were very punctual the day they installed the new unit and anytime thereafter to make sure that everything was working as expected. They did a great job in the installation and walked us through the entire process of what was required, payment, and time to complete + inspection. They installed an entire new unit and were extremely professional throughout the install. Thank you for the work that you do and for making what could a stressful process into an easy, and trustworthy process and service. We couldn't recommend this company more to those looking for a service like this. • You can tell how professional a company is by how they respond when problems arise. I've had terrible service, and my system is under warranty. My AC stopped working two weeks ago, and it still hasn't been fixed. They've come twice, and each time they don't return until I start calling again. Then they come back, but each time they tell me something different. And then they never return.

• If you’re considering purchasing a new unit from this company, be aware that ongoing service calls may be necessary. My aging parents purchased a unit three years ago, and each year it has required repairs due to leaks, broken lines, or other issues. While routine maintenance is expected, recurring problems with a relatively new unit—installed by the same company—raise concerns about the quality of workmanship. Community involvement and charitable efforts are commendable, but they do not make up for poor installation or unreliable products. I recommend carefully evaluating your options before proceeding. Edit based on dx provided: I was a property adjuster for a major carrier licensed to adjust home insurance claims in 48 states and never in any of my wind claims did I ever come across a “broken/tore” line due to wind. Makes you wonder.
